Matching, batching and coding invoices, resolving A/P issues, processing expense reports, updating and reconciling sub-ledger to G/L, and processing checks will be essential for this role. Your responsibilities
Verify, log and send checks, including facilitating special handling
Execute daily processes and controls accurately and in a timely manner; ensuring compliance with company policies
Handle the customer service needs of internal business partners
Open, sort, and deliver department mail on a daily basis
Carry out additional tasks as assigned
Handle administrative tasks for the AP/Finance Department
Execute full-cycle A/P
Provide support during internal and external audits
Requirements
1+ years of Accounts Payable (AP) experience
Strong organization skills
AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting, Business or similar preferred
Spreadsheet and database capabilities
*Must have strong computer skills and have the ability to process AP electronically
