Position: FINANCIAL TRANSFORMATION PROGRAM MANAGER
Location: REMOTE + 25% DOMESTIC TRAVEL
Salary: UP TO $200,000 BASE ANNUAL SALARY + 10% BONUS + EXCEPTIONAL BENEFITS

Are you a seasoned veteran in the accounting industry with a knack for technology and transformative processes? Are you ready to step into a remote role that helps shape the financial landscape of a dynamic company? If so, this may be the opportunity you're waiting for. As our Financial Transformation Program Manager, you will play a vital role in our business operations team focused on transforming Accounting and Financial operations. You'll closely collaborate with our Leadership, Accounting, Finance, and Tech teams to understand our business's trajectory and operational needs. Your expertise in identifying improvement areas, creating roadmaps, and leading transformative projects will ensure streamlined operations and enhanced efficiency.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the digitization of business processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Identify areas of improvement in business processes, technology stacks, and team structure
• Be accountable for the management of the departments' backlog and regular communication updates with leadership
• Take charge of change management for projects and business process revisions
• Ensure data integrity, create documentation, business process flows, and manage associated trainings
• Pinpoint gaps in KPIs, SLAs, team, and executive reporting
Qualifications:
• Over 10 years of experience in Accounting with a focus on financial operations
• Degree in business, accounting, finance, or technology-related field
• Proficiency in ERP systems and related technology tools
• Proven experience in managing cross-functional projects from initiation to completion
• Must be a US citizen due to federal customer contracts
Preferred Qualifications:
• Over 15 years of experience in Accounting, preferably in the Data Center or Real Estate industry
• Familiarity with e-Builder, Procore, Workday, Oracle or SAP
• Previous consulting firm experience
• Experience in the real estate, construction, or development industries

Requirements
Applicants with 10+ years of Financial Transformation Program Management experience including any or all software: Oracle, SAP, Workday, Other
Domain knowledge and experience in Financial Transformation Initiatives and firm grasp and understanding of Financial Accounting Operations and Financial Reporting, to improve / automate / digitize processes and work with stakeholders.
Proficiency in data or gap analysis, process flows, process improvement
Digital experience preferred
