Your responsibilities in this role
Uphold calendars and billing sheets
Contribute resources for several attorneys
Assist attorneys in effective and efficient resolution of files
Transmit legal correspondence to clients
Communicate effectively and efficiently over the phone with clients
Complete administrative tasks as necessary
Manage assigned files and deliver legal services under attorney supervision
Utilize comprehensive knowledge of legal procedures
Schedule client interaction
Requirements
5+ years of experience in patent prosecution is highly preferred
Prowess in database management
Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing
Proficient in local jurisdictional and federal court rules and procedures
Ideal candidate should possess knowledge of word processing and spreadsheets
Previous experience handling legal correspondence and court filing is a plus
Exceptional time management skills preferred
Comprehensive knowledge of Patent Prosecution
Proficiency in Docketing
Expertise in USPTO filings
