Robert Half Office Manager in Paramount, California

Description

Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Bilingual Office Manager to oversee the administrative functions of our manufacturing facility. The Office Manager will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office, with responsibilities including accounting, HR tasks, and general office management. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required for this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative operations, including overseeing reception, managing office supplies, and handling correspondence

  • Handle accounting tasks such as accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and payroll processing

  • Assist with financial reporting and budget tracking, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures

  • Coordinate human resources functions, including employee onboarding, benefits administration, and maintaining personnel records

  • Conduct recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews

  • Assist with employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and performance management

  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism

  • Utilize Microsoft Excel to create and maintain spreadsheets for various purposes, such as tracking expenses, inventory, and employee data

    Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field preferred

  • Proven experience in office management, accounting, and human resources roles

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members at all levels

  • Knowledge of manufacturing industry practices and procedures is a plus
