Robert Half Compensation Manager in Parsippany, New Jersey

Description

Our client located near Parsippany New Jersey has a great opportunity for a Compensation Manager to join their expanding Total Rewards team. The Compensation Manager will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing companywide compensation programs as well as policies and procedures. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Manage the development, implementation, and administration of compensation programs including salary and incentive pay.

  • Manage the preparation and administration of the annual compensation proposal cycle.

  • Provide advice on pay decisions, policy interpretation and job evaluations.

  • Partner with HR leadership and Benefits team to develop a competitive total rewards strategy.

  • Evaluate effectiveness of existing programs and recommend modifications

  • Track prevailing pay rates and ensure company is offering competitive compensation plans.

  • Monitor internal and external equity.

  • Evaluate and modify existing compensation policies and procedures. Develop new procedures as needed.

    Requirements

Candidates applying to this position are required to have the follow:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, human resources, finance, or related field and minimum 4 years’ experience managing compensation program.
