REMOTE ATTORNEY OPPORTUNITY!
Robert Half Legal is partnering with an established, stable law firm based in Los Angeles that is looking for an associate attorney. This position can be 100% remote, but the firm has an office space in Pasadena for attorneys who are interested in working locally.
Responsibilities of Role:
A-Z case management of insurance defense files relating to auto accidents, credit support, and premises liability from initial stages through trial.
Discovery, including depositions.
Law and motion.
Court appearances.
Pleadings.
Communicating with clients, carriers, and opposing counsel.
165 hours per month

Compensation:
Salary range - 140,000 to 160,000
Objective bonus based on billables, paid quarterly.
Medical, dental, and vision are covered 90% for the employee and kick in a month after employment.
15k Life insurance.
Unlimited with billable hours.

Requirements
Licensed attorney with at least 3 years of experience in CA civil litigation.
Familiar with insurance defense and/or billable hours are a plus!
