Job Description Provides the first tier of support for the diagnosis and resolution of end-user technology incidents and problems. Responsibilities
Expected to take ownership and ensure final resolution is provided.
Provides ticket handoff and pickup between shifts.
Prioritizes tasks according to urgency and impact.
Executes assigned tasks and moves/adds/changes.
Monitors vital systems.
May be assigned to projects or tasks requiring a basic level of experience. Requirements
Two years college or technical school in related field or equivalent technical experience required.
CompTIA A+ certification desired.
One to three (1-3) years performing the following, including but not limited to: o Setting up and installing desktops and mobile devices, o Resolving PC hardware/software/network problems that are simple to moderately complex in nature, o Handling multiple tickets effectively and timely.
Experience working with Windows desktop operating systems, Microsoft Office suite of products (Outlook / Word / Office / Excel / PowerPoint / etc.), desktop configurations, and mobile device configurations
Candidate must possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
