Position: Software Engineer - Digital Innovation
Location: Des Moines IA - Hybrid
Salary: Depending on experience $100-140K + exceptional benefits

But, have all the stability and sound internal technical infrastructure and support to execute on it. You will join a high caliber team with exceptional technical leaders and colleagues.
Be the wizard for common languages like Java, JavaScript, Node.js, SQL, and others; develop unique APIs, Microservices, and Graph QL. Your role involves teaming up with the technical lead and developers to craft web and mobile app requirements. Actively participate in scrum ceremonies and agile processes. Your expertise will contribute to defining business and technical requirements and leading in continuous integration & deployment practices.
You should bring:
5+ years in Software Programming or Engineering.
Skills in JavaScript, Java, Node.js, SQL & API development.
Familiarity with Jira & Confluence.
Bachelor's degree in IT, Software Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent experience.

Requirements • Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and Node.js
• Experience with API development
• Knowledge of microservices architecture
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Understanding of software development methodologies
• Experience with version control systems such as Git
• Ability to multitask and manage various project elements simultaneously
• High degree of independent judgment
• Able to solve complex problems
• Knowledge of professional software engineering practices
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming
• Experience in software debugging and performance tuning
• Demonstrated understanding of projects from the perspective of both client and business
