Description
Robert Half is actively searching for a permanent Accounts Payable Analyst to join an innovative team. As the Accounts Payable Analyst, your duties will include handling the payment of approved invoices, either through check issuance, electronic funds transfer, or other payment methods. The Accounts Payable Analyst is also responsible for coordinating the approval process for invoices, ensuring proper authorization and adherence to company policies. The Accounts Payable Analyst role is a permanent position based in the Philadelphia area.
Major responsibilities:
Handle invoice processing and payment tasks, submitting them for approval, which includes managing insurance payments.
Keep track of various reports such as cash positions for payments.
Create payment files once approvals are obtained.
Maintain and assess records of intercompany expenses, loans, and allocations.
Requirements
The ideal Accounts Payable Analyst candidate should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education.
Other requirements for the Accounts Payable Analyst position include and are not limited to:
1+ years experience in accounts payable, accounting, or finance
Experience with SAP
Proficient in Microsoft Office, with especially strong Excel skills
Excellent support skills, ability to work well under pressure, professional demeanor and strong written and oral communication skills.
