The Escrow Administration Specialist position is responsible for running and reviewing required escrow analyses statements, clearing exceptions, auditing loan-level escrow accounts, and ensuring that the escrow accounts are maintained and statements issued in accordance with all internal and regulatory requirements. This Escrow Administration Specialist also works with business partners and vendors to ensure updates and corrections are processed timely and accurately. The ideal Escrow Administration Specialist would also process escrow disbursements for payment of real estate taxes, hazard insurance, flood insurance and private mortgage insurance.
