How you will make an impact:
Be instrumental in managing dependencies among cross-product teams
Be of help to classify, manage, identify risk for functional improvement requests
Oversees project planning
Organizes and leads the sprint planning and grooming meetings and records ticket assignments
Observes and schedules projects - as per the Project Roadmap defined by the Business Owner
Convenes material from technical leads, business analysts, and QA leads into advice
Equips detailed reporting to management on milestone completion, project status, and risk assessments
Indicates project with reliable ticket workflows and boards
Get involved to facilitate creation and maintenance of the Project Roadmap with the Product Owner/Product Manager
Directs the daily stand-ups, seeing to it they are focused, brief, and timely
Provides the RACI matrix for projects in a product line
Creates schedules and milestones, manages project scope and timelines, and inputs from all other teams assigns to that product
Aid the team focus on the on-time delivery of agreed products
Works together with the Product Owner/Product Manager to turn the product roadmap into executable projects
Endeavors as Scrum Master for the developers on the team - clearing obstacles, leading scrum ceremonies, and ensuring the team is working effectively
Engages with Product Owner/Product Manager to double check that the product vision and high-level business objectives are transparent and obtainable
Shall cooperate closely with the QA Manager, Product Specialist, Product Owner/Product Manager, and Business Analyst
Affirm that the functional requirements are achievable, met, and tracked
Closely cooperating and communicates with stakeholders, technical team members, developers, and designers
In charge of deployment scheduling in coordination with tech lead, Dev Ops, and Product Owner
Requirements
Cloud Technologies experience preferred
Deep understanding of CRM
Demonstrated knowledge of AB Testing
Design experience highly preferred
Comprehensive knowledge of Atlassian Jira
Database experience preferred
General familiarity with Budget Processes
Practical knowledge of Deliverable
Adeptness in About Time
EO/IR systems experience highly desired
Candidates with experience working with e-learning and blended learning programs will be the best fit for this position

Prior success in project management, supervisory leadership, and operational management
Able to work independently with a minimal amount of oversight
Sound written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments
Minimum of 5+ years of relevant Project Management experience
Active problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity
Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical colleagues
Candidates with proficiency using commonly accepted scheduling and project management tools will be the best fit for this position
Candidates who are familiar and comfortable with IT project management methodologies will be preferred
