Description

Join our team as a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)! We are seeking a dynamic individual who will play a pivotal role in our organization's success by fostering a strong partnership between HR and all areas of our company.

BILINGUAL SPANISH SPEAKING REQUIRED | Employee relations, warehouse recruitment & onboarding REQUIRED.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our business and leverage this knowledge to act as a strategic partner to all departments.

  • Identify legal requirements and government regulations impacting HR functions, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and reporting.

  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, both electronic and paper-based.

  • Collaborate with the HR Manager on employee relations initiatives, demonstrating sound judgment in resolving both basic and complex issues.

  • Conduct thorough and objective investigations, escalating complex matters to HR management when necessary.

  • Provide support in coaching, disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and performance improvement plans.

  • Assist in administering performance evaluation programs to ensure fairness and effectiveness.

  • Conduct orientation sessions for new team members to align them with company goals and manage the onboarding process.

  • Update organizational charts and job descriptions to reflect changes within the company structure.

  • Collaborate with other departments to support audit processes as required.

  • Facilitate the termination process, including documentation, exit interviews, and asset return.

  • Participate in career development discussions, recommending suitable candidates for promotion.

  • Offer guidance to management and employees on employee relations matters.

  • Consult with HR management on complex termination decisions.

  • Participate in corporate-level discussions regarding employee terminations and provide coaching to managers.

  • Work closely with HR Managers to promote team collaboration and support plant productivity.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.

  • Proven experience in HR roles, with a focus on employee relations and compliance.

  • Strong understanding of legal regulations and reporting requirements.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is preferred.

    Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferred in manufacturing or industrial company environment • Bachelor's degree required • Demonstrated experience in all areas of Human Resources (staffing/retention/onboarding/benefits/payroll/systems/coaching, etc.) • Ability to influence without authority, become a trusted partner and build collaborative relationships while handling confidential information • Must be approachable, professional and develop strong professional relationships • Both strategic and hands on efforts required • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Strong Microsoft Office Skills • Professional presence and polish Preferred Qualifications: • SHRM Certification(s) • Bi-Lingual • Paycor Experience
