Description

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an HR Generalist in Phoenix, Arizona. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in handling employee relations and backend staffing, utilizing HRMS software such as UKG Pro for efficient operation. This role is set within the healthcare industry and will require a strong background in HR generalist duties, along with the ability to write professionally.

Responsibilities:

• Handle employee relations and resolve any issues that arise

• Manage backend staffing operations to ensure smooth running of HR processes

• Utilize HRMS and UKG Pro software for various HR tasks

• Conduct employee relations investigations when required

• Maintain a business casual dress code and uphold professional standards at all times

• Ensure all HR activities adhere to industry standards and company policies

• Participate in the hiring process, from posting job ads to conducting interviews

• Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives

• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures

• Manage and update employee records and databases.

Requirements

• Proficiency in HRMS (Human Resource Management Systems)

• Expertise in managing Employee Relations

• Proven track record in handling Employee Relations Investigations

• Proficiency in using UKG Pro

• Knowledge of HR Generalist duties and responsibilities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion and a high level of trust

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

• Relevant certification in Human Resource Management is preferred

• Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Excellent problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work independently and within a team

• Strong ethical standards and high levels of integrity

• Knowledge of labor legislation and payroll processes

• Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting

• Experience in designing compensation and benefits packages

• Ability to develop policies and procedures in line with company's strategy and culture

• Strong decision-making skills with a deep understanding of employee relationships.

Bachelor of Science Degree required, Human Resources
