Robert Half Office Team Relocation Consultant in PITTSBURGH, Pennsylvania
OfficeTeam is in search for 3 candidates who can help with a relocation project in downtown Pittsburgh. The Relocation Consultant will be responsible for administering and maintaining all phases of the tenant relocation process under the direction of our Relocation Coordinator. Specific areas of responsibility will include tenant counseling, relocation benefit distributions, identifying new housing options for residents, receipt processing, resident relations, and landlord relations. General tasks and requirements will include but not be limited to the following: - Responsibility for weekly written and oral reports on the progress of the relocation. - Daily face-to-face and phone-based tenant counseling to help residents navigate the leasing process. - Responsible for maintaining accurate and well-organized tenant files for the relocation. - Identify quality housing options for residents and assist them with their application process. - Ensure that all relocation benefit checks are requested and distributed to residents in a timely and efficient manor. - Submit a benefit check request spreadsheet (Excel) to the corporate office on a weekly basis. - Scan all benefit receipts to the corporate on a weekly basis. There will be a total of 130 tenants to consult, meet with, follow up with, and relocate. The candidates are responsible for scheduling face to face meetings with each tenant to discuss the relocation and discuss their options. After the meetings, the candidates are responsible for inputting all data gathered from meeting into Excel spreadsheet. The project will be completed once every tenant is successfully relocated. Hours - 9a - 5pm with 30 minute lunch. Mon through Fri Duration: temporary, 45 - 60 days
