Robert Half Office Team Receptionist in Playa Vista, California

Santa Monica Media company is looking for a temporary Receptionist to cover for a short term coverage. As the Receptionist you will be responsible for answering the phones, meeting and greeting incoming traffic and providing some clerical support. Must have a professional phone demeanor and customer service experience. The ideal receptionist will know Word, Excel and Outlook. You should be able to multi-task and excel in a fast paced environment. As the Receptionist you will also provide backup support coverage to the Facilities person when they are out of the office.
