How you will make an impact

• Communicate with clients and the counsel for the other side

• Legal research and drafting of a wide range of legal documents

• Analyze and summarize legal documents

• Supporting attorneys and staff within the practice groups department

  Requirements - Adeptness in Defending Depositions

• Earlier work involving Discovery

• Practical knowledge of Discovery Requests

• Construction defect experience preferred

• Premises Liability experience highly desired

• Discovery Responses experience highly preferred

• General familiarity with Depositions

• Deep understanding of Personal Injury Litigation

• Good understanding of trial preparation

• Foundational knowledge in Personal Injury Litigation

• Background working with Discovery Requests

• Civil Litigation Experience experience

• Demonstrated knowledge of Defending Depositions

• Able to handle multiple assignments, work well under pressure, and have the flexibility to assist the team in meeting client demands on accelerated schedules

• Excellent academic credentials and references

• Licensed attorney

• Strong communication skills and able to receive criticism well

• Must possess analytical, legal research and writing skills

• Observant, accurate and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
