OfficeTeam is looking for a dynamic Executive Assistant to work for a thriving company in the Pleasanton/Dublin Area!. The Executive Assistant will be supporting a team of high level executives. The Executive Assistant that will be successful in this role is detail oriented, prompt, reliable, and possesses outstanding customer service skills. Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant: - Assist in coordination of meetings, conferences and events - Works well under pressure and high stress - Expert knowledge of Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook - Prepare expense reports - Concur Expense reporting knowledge would be a plus but is not required - Answer, screen and direct incoming calls as well as handle all telephone inquiries - Coordinate and set-up meetings - Assist with travel arrangements - Process invoices - File, copy and provide other administrative/clerical support - Special projects as assigned
