School Technical Support Description Location: Portola Valley Duration: 6 months contract to hire Pay: $20 to 25 based on experience ? Must exhibit a highly customer focused attitude, very quick response time and top notch follow through; ? Soft skills include multi-tasking, organization & prioritization; ? Perform tasks relating to the administration, setup, & repair of desktop computers, laptops and iPads; ? Support internet availability; email, presentations; and printing services for Windows-based PC's and Macs; ? Perform regular software updates and hardware maintenance; ? Troubleshoot and resolve peripheral issues; ? Assist students with logins & setup of Priory network services, WiFi & printing; ? Input trouble tickets, respond to requests and maintain Manage Engine's help desk ticketing system. Must document support and resolution notes; ? Must maintain Manage Engine's asset inventory system; ? Assist with A/V and smart board issues and presentations; ? Participate in new system implementations and rollouts; ? Office hours will be 8:00am – 4:30pm, Monday through Friday and occasional after hours event coverage as requested; ? Ability to lift and move oversized equipment up to 25lbs & with assistance, 50lbs; ? School experience a plus - Ability to use good judgement and sensitivity when working around children; ?
