We currently have an open position for a results-oriented Administrative Assistant who is deeply passionate about growing their career. In this role, you will perform various administrative and office support duties. Do you love mail merging, pivot tables and presentation design? Then we have a position for you. How you will make an impact

  • Perform standard and advanced administrative duties for Managers

  • Provide analytical support

  • Prepare reports for business planning and analysis

  • Work with project managers to ensure integrity and completeness of status reports

  • Coordinate new full-time IT accounts, phone extensions, etc.

  • Maintain office calendar and schedules

  • Fielding telephone calls, word processing, filing, faxing and distribute mail

  • Update contact lists and maintain confidential files

  • Process expense reports

  • Order office supplies

  • Support projects and other staff as required
