As a Manufacturing Quality Assurance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in upholding our commitment to quality by overseeing and optimizing our manufacturing processes. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing robust quality assurance systems to drive continuous improvement and maintain our reputation for delivering superior products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality System Development: Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive quality assurance systems that align with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Process Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency gains, and cost reduction while maintaining a focus on product quality.

  • Team Leadership: Manage and inspire a team of quality professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous learning.

  • Root Cause Analysis: Utilize advanced problem-solving techniques to identify and address the root causes of quality issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions to drive sustainable improvements.

  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay abreast of industry regulations and standards, ensuring that our manufacturing processes and products adhere to all relevant guidelines.

  • Supplier Quality Management: Collaborate with suppliers to establish and maintain high-quality standards for incoming materials and components.

  • Audit and Inspection: Conduct regular internal audits and coordinate external audits to assess compliance and identify areas for improvement.

  • Data Analysis: Utilize statistical tools and data analysis techniques to monitor key performance indicators and provide actionable insights for decision-making.

    Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

  • Proven experience in quality assurance management within a manufacturing environment.

  • Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and quality management systems including AS9100.

  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

  • Proficient in root cause analysis and corrective action methodologies.

  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.

  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
