Description

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Bilingual Administrative Assistant in Raleigh, North Carolina. This role is within the telecom industry and involves a variety of administrative and office support duties. The work location is a dynamic office environment where you will be interacting with customers, handling inbound calls, and supporting company operations by carrying out administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct internet research for various projects and tasks.

• Communicate effectively through written and verbal channels.

• Answer inbound calls, providing excellent customer service.

• Manage communication with organizations business dealings in Central and South American Countries

• Utilize Microsoft Word for word processing and documentation.

• Address and resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally.

• Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management.

• Maintain and manage spreadsheets for record keeping and data analysis.

• Utilize various computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems.

• Support other employees by backing various projects as needed.

• Handle word processing, filing, and faxing duties.

• Field telephone calls professionally and courteously.

• Greet and guide visitors within the office premises.

Requirements

• Verbal and Written Fluency in Spanish

• Proven experience in an Administrative Assistance role or similar

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

• High level of attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work independently and within a team

• Solid problem-solving skills

• Experience managing calendars and scheduling appointments

• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

• High School Diploma or equivalent; further education in Office Administration is a plus
