Description
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Product Designer to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will possess keen attention to detail, a creative mindset and the ability to craft intuitive and user-friendly products.
Responsibilities:
Conduct research and develop design concepts that meet business objectives and improve customer experience.
Collaborate with various teams like product management, engineering, and marketing to design and prototype elegant solutions for user problems.
Analyze and assess the performance of the product while taking into account customer feedback, metrics, and usability findings.
Develop wireframes, workflow diagrams, interactive mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively.
Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in product design, bringing in fresh, innovative ideas to enhance user experience.
Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Industrial Design or a related field.
Proven experience as a Product Designer or a similar role. Portfolio of design projects is a must.
Proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like InVision or Figma.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.
Exceptional attention to detail, visual design, and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional communication skills to clearly articulate design decisions.
Familiarity with HTML/CSS and an understanding of coding is a plus.
Experience in working with a cross-functional team or large-scale software development lifecycle, including waterfall and agile methodologies.
