Description
Job Overview: We are looking for a highly innovative and professional IU/UX Designer to join our client's dynamic technology team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in designing user interfaces for digital platforms, and understanding the customer journey to enhance user experience. The individual will be responsible for designing and shaping unique, user-centric products and experiences.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and effectively communicate your interaction ideas.
Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to incorporate it into the design process.
Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
Identify design problems and devise practical solutions.
Take a user-centric design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Proven IU/UX design experience with a strong portfolio.
Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, OmniGraffle, or other visual design and wire-framing tools.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping will be a plus.
Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
Up-to-date with the latest IU/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
BS/MS degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or a related field.
