Management Resources has partnered with one of its VT clients in search of an HR Business Partner on a contract basis for approximately six months. The HR Business Partner will work within the HR function on a daily basis. Job Responsibilities Include:

  • HR Business Partner duties including compliance, Employee Relations, safety, immigration

  • Recruitment – technical and college

  • Compliance

  • Benefit Administration

  • New Hire Orientation

  • Payroll Must Have:

  • 5+ years experience in HR management.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

  • Sharp leadership skills.

  • An ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management.
