Description
Robert Half is searching for a Help Desk Analyst for a hospitality client. This is an onsite position in Redmond, Washington!
You will be responsible for maintaining IT systems, handling ENS call system maintenance, cable/CCTV, telephone, MFP copiers, and AV conference systems. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Provide direct and remote end-user hardware and software support
• Maintain IT systems including ENS call system, cable/CCTV, telephone, MFP copiers, and AV conference systems
• Contribute to the implementation of new systems and devices
• Assist in data collection and documentation processes
• Develop new processes to improve IT support
• Handle issues related to medical hardware devices and networking support
• Provide support for AV systems, record keeping, and inventory control
• Remotely and onsite end-user support
• Utilize Microsoft, Active Directory, Computer Hardware, Deskside Support, Desktop Hardware, Citrix, Remote Support, Desktop Imaging, Citrix Technologies for day-to-day tasks.
Requirements • Applicant must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications is mandatory.
• Familiarity with Active Directory is expected.
• The applicant should have a strong understanding of computer hardware.
• Experience in deskside support is required.
• Knowledge of desktop hardware is necessary.
• Familiarity with Citrix and Citrix technologies is a plus.
• Experience in remote support is highly valued.
• The applicant should have hands-on experience with desktop imaging. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
