Candidates who are licensed in Nevada and have 1+ years of general litigation experience will be interested in this highly ranked firm's opportunity for a licensed attorney. This permanent Attorney role is based out of Reno, Nevada. You will work mainly in-office, with some opportunity for remote work once you are trained and ramped up.

Your responsibilities

• Legal research and drafting of a wide range of legal documents

• Analyze and summarize legal documents

• Supporting attorneys and staff within the practice groups department

• Correspond with clients and opposing counsel

  Requirements

• Looking to hire two associate attorneys with 1+ years of experience

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure environment, to prioritize client matters and adapt to quick changes while remaining diligent

• Above-average academic credentials and references

• Must possess analytical, legal research and writing skills

• Civil litigation experience

• Licensed Attorney in Nevada (and CA would be a plus)

• General knowledge of insurance defense, civil litigation, construction defect

• High attention to detail and possesses excellent organizational and writing skills

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
