Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Specialist in Renton, Washington. The role involves working with SAP and Excel systems to manage customer accounts, handle cash receipts, and conduct client bank account reconciliations. You will also be tasked with investigating billing discrepancies, assisting in collections, and preparing invoices based on services rendered.
Responsibilities:
• Utilize SAP and Excel software to manage customer accounts and other related tasks.
• Handle cash receipts and conduct client bank account reconciliations.
• Investigate any billing discrepancies and assist in collections.
• Maintain customer records and assist with credit control processes.
• Prepare and issue invoices to customers based on services rendered.
• Audit accounting and financial documents for accuracy.
• Accurately process numerical data and manage financial records.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment. Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
• Experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) is essential.
• Familiarity with Bank Reconciliations is necessary.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of accounting software and databases is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
