Lead the Charge: In this leadership role, you'll oversee accounting operations across two divisions, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. Partner with the CFO on everything from monthly close to annual audits, crafting insightful reports that empower strategic decision-making.

Here's what you'll do:

  • Spearhead monthly and year-end close processes, guaranteeing accuracy and adherence to deadlines.

  • Support the CFO in financial statement audits and bank reviews.

  • Craft critical reports summarizing company performance, providing valuable insights for stakeholders.

  • Consolidate financial statements for clear visibility into the overall financial health of the company.

  • Prepare financial reports for various purposes, including budget analysis and regulatory compliance.

  • Collaborate with the CFO on managing insurance coverage and tax optimization strategies.

  • Champion accounting process automation, leveraging technology to streamline operations.

  • Lead and mentor your accounting team, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.

  • Implement and oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closeout procedures.

    Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (public accounting and/or CPA preferred)

  • 5+ years of experience as a Controller with supervisory and consolidations expertise

  • Strong budgeting and forecasting skills

  • Experience with ERP software (NetSuite or similar)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Excellent judgment, discretion, and ability to manage priorities and deadlines

  • Team player with a positive attitude who thrives in a fast-paced environment

  • Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
