Description
Robert Half is hiring for a Marketing Contractor.
We are looking for a dynamic individual to join a high-impact team specializing in strategic marketing within the packaging industry. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance marketing communications (MarComm) workstreams, focusing on technical products.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with key stakeholders in Commercial Strategy, Sustainability, and Marketing to spearhead the development and implementation of commercial enablement initiatives.
Manage the creation, revision, and translation of product guides and digital marketing materials to support global markets.
Update and maintain product-specific web content in partnership with the corporate communications team.
Develop and uphold technical product support tools such as product indexes and converting guidelines.
Maintain a digital resource library, ensuring the optimization of content through regular audits and the management of a digital assets platform.
Oversee the optimization of the product sample center, managing both sheeted samples and printed collateral.
Work with design and strategy teams to create valuable selling tools and digital marketing campaigns.
Assist in the development of market, industry, and product presentations for customer engagements.
Drive initiatives to ensure the execution of strategies is efficient and effective, fostering a strong bias for action among the team.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing communications, ideally in a technical or packaging-focused industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
Exceptional project management and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional team environments.
High adaptability, curiosity, analytical skills, and technological proficiency.
Proven ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and maintain meticulous attention to detail.
Strong collaborative spirit and ability to build trust with both internal and external stakeholders.
