Description
Robert Half is actively recruiting for a strong Senior Compliance Analyst / Accounting Consultant for our large publicly traded client to help integrate a newly acquired privately held business in Riverside, CA.
The consultant’s primary responsibilities will be reviewing all business practices and contracts adhere to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) standards. In addition, the consultant may be e working under the FAR Cost Accounting Standards (CAS). In addition, the consultant will document standard operating procedures for the company for future reference and auditing purposes
Skills:
-Large public company experience
-Deep FAR and DCAA experience with over 5 years experience working with Governmental contracts
-Large ERP preferred
-Intermediate Excel skills
-Excellent written/verbal communication skills required
-Must be able to work independently
Requirements - Prior experience as a Compliance Analyst in a related field
Excellent analytical abilities and skilled in compliance management software
Solid understanding of industry compliance requirements and standards
Must be able to create compliance policies, procedures, and related documentation
Industry-related bachelor's degree required
Effective research and exceptional communication skills
