The Digital Content Producer works within the Brand Team to create timely, relevant and engaging social media content and other digital assets that support the brand promise of "help every step of the way" and further differentiate the brand positioning of "Change for the Better". Assignments will encompass master brand initiatives and campaigns, digital color assistant and Championship Golf Tournament; Channel specific campaigns, promotions and product launches and ongoing support for customer service. This role will report directly to the Director of Content Marketing. Additionally, the Content Producer will support the Brand Team and Sr. Digital Manager on special projects as requested, including content calendar development/management, content audit, re-marketing content and content partner program execution and others to be determined. This is a hybrid, hands-on role that requires a combination of digital expertise, verbal/visual brand storytelling ability and project management skills. The ideal candidate will be success driven about working within a collaborative, team environment and energized by the expectation of producing work independently that is on-strategy, on-time and on-budget. He/she must have the agility to juggle multiple deliverables and fast-paced deadlines and the flexibility to incorporate team feedback and roll with the changes of an evolving brand. In order to be successful in this role, he/she must be able to balance these quick deliverables with more strategic, longer-term planning/management of 12-18 month content calendar.
