Description
Are you an experienced Payroll/Benefits Administrator with a knack for detail, organization, and a commitment to confidentiality? We are seeking a skilled individual to join a stable and growing company as a Payroll and Benefits Administrator. Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and process bi-monthly payroll for two companies, ensuring accuracy in salary, benefits, taxes, and deductions.
Handle payroll updates for new hires, terminations, pay rate changes, and off-cycle payments.
Maintain HRIS database, including status changes, tax withholdings, and deductions.
Track and process garnishments and other payroll deductions promptly.
Prepare payroll reports and coordinate cash transfers with accounting.
Provide guidance on payroll-related matters and assist with employee onboarding and exits.
Support the annual performance review process and process merit wage changes.
Submit quarterly Labor and Statistics and Multiple Worksite reports.
Address and resolve employee payroll system issues.
Manage 401K benefit administration, including enrollment, notifications, and annual reporting.
Assist with year-end W2 audit/corrections and distribution.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Paylocity software is highly desirable.
Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Demonstrated integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
