Job Title: Corporate HR Business Partner

Where You'll Work: Corporate Headquarters

Reporting Line: Reports to the Chief Human Resources Officer

The Role Overview:

We're partnering with an esteemed East Metro based client to fill the integral role of a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP). You'll have the unique opportunity to influence the alignment of business objectives with management and employees within designated units. If you're someone comfortable with juggling responsibilities while tackling challenges, this can be your calling! In this role, you'll form foundations across the HR function, delivering value-added service reflecting the business objectives of the client organization. A keen eye on the business unit's financial position, midrange plans, organizational culture, and its competitors would be your suit of armor.

Your Leadership Impact:

Although this position doesn't involve direct supervisory responsibilities, don't think you're off the hook! You will act as a powerful catalyst, a coach, and mentor influencing other positions in the department.

Your RESPONSIBILITIES:

Besides filling your mentor shoes, your portfolio will be filled with executing HR strategies supporting the organization's values, goals, and vision. Whether it involves leading regular meetings or offering tailored guidance to line managers, your dedication to consistency and balance will make an impactful difference. If you are someone who thrives on managing complex employee relations issues while developing innovative policies, programs, and solutions, you've come to the right place.

Requirements

Essential QUALIFICATIONS & Skills:

So, you've got a minimum of 5-7 years of experience resolving complex employee relations issues and a copious understanding of various HR disciplines. But can you juggle it with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, superb communication skills, and a knack for Microsoft Office Suite? If yes, then the stage is set! Bonus brownie points if you've got a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field and have toyed with UKG software.
