Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manger / Director with related produce industry experience. As the Sales & Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing sales strategies and driving revenue generation within a designated region. Your primary objective will be to achieve sales targets, promote our healthcare products/services, and establish strong relationships with key stakeholders.

· Collaborate and innovate with potential and existing clients and key accounts to develop new business opportunities that build and maintain sustainable, mutually beneficial relationships.

· Accurately forecast sales and cash flows, generate and protect short- and long-term revenue streams and leverage technology and process enhancements to improve financial results.

Business Planning

· Develop and execute the company’s North American business strategies by developing a business model to support long-term financial sustainability.

· Execute all administrative tasks associated with the commercial function, monitor and respond to market and competitor activities and analysis.

· Support current and future expansion of consulting operations and ensure the optimal allocation of resources needed to achieve the goals and objectives of the strategic plan.

  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity, providing regular reports and updates to senior management.

  • Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and events to promote and generate new business opportunities.

  • Manage and maintain accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and reports.

Requirements

Education and Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in a sales and/or marketing role, ideally within a large market-leading company.

  • Experience within the Food, Produce or Manufacturing industry would be a distinct advantage.

  • Experience of sales success and achieving revenue growth, ideally with high value capital equipment, is highly desirable.

  • Proven experience of negotiating contracts is strongly desirable.

  • Proven success in leading a sales team in a fast-paced, demanding market would be an advantage.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
