We are seeking a skilled contract Marketing Event Coordinator to join our team in San Antonio, TX. The ideal Marketing Event Coordinator candidate will be responsible for handling marketing activities and networking to help our partner grow. Responsibilities:
Create engaging marketing materials including brochures, flyers, and presentations.
Attend clinic retention events and other community outreach activities to represent our organization.
Network and build relationships with community partners, including local nonprofits and government agencies, to support Medicaid initiatives.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with organizational goals.
Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and event participation.
Requirements
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook
Experience in marketing and creating marketing materials
Experience attending and representing at events for networking and business development
