Customer service oriented tier 1 help desk role
Must be comfortable doing basic support in a windows environment
Onboarding new employees
Solution oriented (i.e. someone who will work to find the cause of a problem)
Looking for a student ideally. 1. Windows 7/10 experience 2. Mac OSX experience (an asset) Nice to have 3. Basic understanding of networking (wifi, Ethernet) 4. Desktop Hardware troubleshooting 5.
