Our client delivers exceptional holistic financial service to their clients. They are in the top 1% of wealth management firms under their larger broker dealer offering a variety of services from 401k management to financial planning.
They are looking for an operations manager to join the team and smooth all office functions and operations. The role will be dynamic and encompassing. This person will oversee daily operations such as quality assurance, strategic planning, practice management, HR, and staffing.

Requirements
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience leading team members; Financial Services experience
Excellent attitude and ability to motivate others and extraordinary proactive client service orientation; Supervisory skills
Excellent organizational & time management skills; detail oriented
Ability to handle multiple tasks & stress in tight deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and contact management database; RedTail CRM experience a big plus
Excellent phone communication and email writing skills
