Description

We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to our team and contribute to the achievement of our goals. Responsibilities:

Office Management:

  • Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and manage general inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.

  • Maintain an organized and tidy office environment, including managing office supplies and equipment.

Data Entry and Record Keeping:

  • Input and update data in the organization's database and maintain accurate records.

  • Assist in maintaining donor, volunteer, and client databases.

Correspondence and Communication:

  • Draft and edit emails, letters, and other correspondence as needed.

  • Coordinate communication between staff members, volunteers, and external stakeholders.

Meeting and Event Support:

  • Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and arranging logistics for events and meetings.

  • Take minutes during meetings and distribute them to attendees as needed.

Fundraising and Development Support:

  • Provide administrative support for fundraising campaigns, including donor outreach and acknowledgement.

  • Assist in organizing fundraising events and activities.

Volunteer Coordination:

  • Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and coordinating volunteers for various projects and events.

  • Maintain volunteer records and communicate volunteer opportunities.

Administrative Assistance:

  • Provide general administrative support to staff members, including filing, copying, and scanning documents.

  • Assist in special projects and tasks as assigned by management.

    Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in administrative support or office management is preferred.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office equipment.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
