Accountemps is partnered with a local foundation seeking an Administrative Analyst to support their accounting and finance operations. The Administrative Analyst Specialist is responsible for but not limited to:
Administrative Support 70% Manage all executive level administrative tasks for CFO and division directors. Serve as the primary contact for the chief financial officer and the division directors and managers. Arrange and attend investment committee and audit committee meetings to take minutes. Support development, drafts and editing process of policies and procedures as requested. Develop documents for publication to the web, meeting current accessible technology requirements. Perform various daily tasks to facilitate spending approvals.
Budget Report 20% Review and coordinate information necessary for production, typing, editing, proofing and formatting the annual and mid-year general fund budget reports. Coordinate budget and approval meetings with senior executives, campus officials and the board of directors. Assist CFO with preparing monthly budget updates.
Financing Compliance/Due Diligence Requests 10% Compute and complete transactions between accounts. Provide compliance documentation upon request. Compile information in response to due diligence requests.
