Responsibilities:
Assist with day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
Prepare and analyze financial reports, such as income statements and balance sheets.
Assist in month-end and year-end close processes by preparing journal entries and reconciliations.
Support budgeting and forecasting processes by gathering and analyzing financial data.
Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records using accounting software.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial analysis and decision-making processes.
Assist with audit preparation and provide support to auditors as needed.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
2-3 years of experience in accounting or related roles preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret financial data accurately.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
Duration and Compensation:
This is a temp-to-hire position through Robert Half, with the opportunity for permanent employment based on performance and business needs. Compensation will be competitive and commensurate with experience and qualifications.
