Description

Robert Half is hiring for a Customer Support / Escalation Specialist in San Francisco.

Job Description:

  • Handling Escalated Complaints

  • Receive and manage customer complaints that have escalated to the highest level.

  • Investigate the validity of complaints and evaluate options for resolution.

  • Collaborating with Suppliers and Contact Center Staff

  • Coordinate with product or service suppliers to gather relevant information.

  • Work closely with contact center staff to understand the context of complaints.

  • Determining Appropriate Solutions

  • Review the underlying facts of each complaint.

  • Use your expertise to determine suitable solutions.

  • Deliver clear and concise responses to customers.

  • Product and Service Knowledge

  • Develop a thorough understanding of the products and services offered by the company.

  • Apply this knowledge to address customer concerns effectively.

  • Ensure compliance with the company’s policies regarding complaints and escalations.

  • Exercise discretion and judgment in handling each case.

  • Complaint Tracking and Recommendations

  • Maintain records of complaints and track trends.

  • Make recommendations to management to reduce the overall number of complaints.
