As the Director of First Impressions at this SOMA-located Design Firm, you will be the first face every employee and client sees upon arriving at our office. You will set the tone and create a welcoming, enthusiastic atmosphere that contributes to the ongoing success of this amazing company. In addition to making a great latte and coordinating daily staff lunches, you will also be responsible for the general cleanliness of the office. Responsibilities Greet visitors with a bright, engaging, and welcoming attitude Make lattes, espressos, and other drinks for employees and visitors Help direct visitors to the right place and right people Plan, order, and prepare daily catered lunches for Perfect Sense employees Keep communal areas of the office – kitchen, conference rooms, meeting spaces tidy and organized Help with meeting logistics – scheduling meeting spaces, prepping materials, and organizing lunches Track kitchen supply inventory and ensure all supplies are well-stocked Assist with special events such as company parties and catered meetings IMMEDIATE TEMP-TO-HIRE: $50,000-$55,000 Salary Working Hours: 8am-5pm Start Date: Friday, December 2nd
