Description

Robert Half is hiring for a Guest Services Coordinator in San Francisco.

Job Description:

  • Greeting and Check-In/Check-Out

  • Be the main point of contact for guests, welcoming them upon arrival.

  • Efficiently handle check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth process.

  • Respond to guest inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously.

  • Volunteer Program Management

  • Assist Guest Services Management as needed.

  • Coordinate recruitment, ongoing education, and appreciation for up to 100 volunteers daily.

  • Manage the online system for volunteer schedules and fulfill ticketing requests.

  • Create and update a manual outlining best practices and protocols for volunteers.

  • Event Coordination

  • Oversee volunteers during performances at various venues across the Lincoln Center campus.

  • Maintain accurate records of volunteer needs and staffing for events.

  • Provide briefings on each performance, including relevant information for volunteers.

  • Guest Care and Accessibility

  • Maintain the highest standards of guest care.

  • Assist with accessibility services, including welcoming, ticketing, and messaging guests with disabilities.

  • Quality Control and Feedback

  • Monitor and manage guest feedback and reviews on social media and review websites.

  • Develop strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Collaborate with team members and other hotel departments for smooth guest services operation.

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (with emphasis on Excel and Word).

  • Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or event coordination.

  • Understanding of quality control processes.

  • Familiarity with venue operations and guest services.
