What You'll Do:
Craft, edit, and finalize legal documents with precision and efficiency.
Manage court filings, adhering to e-filing regulations.
Organize and maintain case files for seamless trial preparation.
Schedule and manage attorney calendars and deadlines.
Communicate effectively with clients, courts, and opposing counsel.
Requirements
Solid Legal Foundation: Minimum 5 years of paralegal experience, preferably in plaintiff's personal injury or mass torts.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in e-filing systems and legal software is essential.
Sharp Mind: Possess a keen eye for detail and a strong grasp of legal procedures.
Communication Champion: Excel at written and verbal communication with diverse audiences.
Team Player: Thrive in a collaborative environment, fostering a spirit of cooperation.
