Our client is a prominent asset management firm.
Senior Accountant
San Francisco; Hybrid
Base + Bonus
Responsibilities:
Prepare and ensure compliance of financial statements and tax returns with laws and regulations.
Maintain accurate financial records.
Supervise accounts payable and receivable for timely processing and payment.
Manage corporate bank accounts.
Ensure compliance with corporate-side regulations and procedures.
Develop corporate finance policies for expense control and approval.
Handle regulatory reporting to SEC and Korean Financial Supervisory Service.
Support fund-side accounting and auditing tasks.
Requirements
Qualifications:
5+ years asset management experience. Including VC/PE/investment management experience, Fund administration or audit/tax with investment clients.
CPA preferred, especially with public/private mix.
Knowledge of Korean GAAP; huge plus
Proficiency in Korean; plus, not required
Must excel in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
Strong time management and organizational skills essential.
