Top 5 bank in downtown San Francisco is seeking a Sr. Underwriter to join its residential underwriting team. The successful candidate will possess solid organizational and time management skills as well as a strong knowledge in FHA, USDA and Conventional (FNMA & FHLMC) regulations. As a part of the underwriting team you will be responsible for underwriting residential mortgage loans while ensuring compliance with company and secondary market standards. This is a great opportunity to join a group that is growing rapidly and will give tremendous exposure to senior management. This is a contract role for 3-6 months initially with the possibility of extension or conversion to a permanent opportunity for the right candidate.
