Robert Half Accountemps Entry Level Bookkeeper needed for Company in San Jose! in San Jose, California

Our client is a small company that is in the events coordination industry, and in need for an entry level Bookkeeper to join their team on a temp-to-hire basis as they are growing. The entry level Bookkeeper will be working right alongside their Accountant to be sure that the Accounts payable, Accounts Receivable are processed correctly, as well as assist in month-end close. They are located in San Jose, and as the entry level Bookkeeper you will be taking on.

-Processing over 100 invoices on a weekly basis for the Accounts Payable, coding invoices to the GL -Vendor management-building relationships with the vendors to be sure that everything is going well -Assist in processing payroll, and benefit administration including 401k

The ideal entry level Bookkeeper will have at least 6 months in accounting experience, motivated to continue growing in their accounting career, and flexible to helping in the office as they are a close knit environment, where everyone helps.
