Description
Our reputable client is seeking a Property Accountant to join the company. The ideal Property Accountant will have experience in accounting and property management, with strong proficiency in Quickbooks and property-specific systems. How you will make an impact
Manage capital lease and monthly payment schedules
Assist in the implementation, maintenance and adherence to internal controls
Assemble income statement and balance sheet analyses monthly for management reporting
Support reconciliation, depreciation and fixed-asset ledger
Coordinate and examine financial data and report it in a clear, useful manner
Assemble monthly, quarterly and year-end financial statements/reporting packages
Work up intricate account reconciliations and journal entries
Requirements
Experience with QuickBooks accounting software
CAM Reconsiliaion Experiecne
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Command of Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills
Multi-Location or Multi-Entity Accounting preferred
bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or a related field is required
Experience in accounting, real estate accounting, or property accounting preferred
