Responsibilities will include:
preparing public company filings
preparing for board and committee meetings
assisting with entity formation
maintaining an entity management system
assisting with due diligence and corporate transactions

Requirements
10+ years of experience with Corporate Governance and Corporate Law
Prior experience preparing minutes and handling corporate minute books
Experience with Annual Proxy Statements and Proxy Statements
Experience with supporting a public company with Section 16, Form 10-K, Form 8-K, and Form 10-Q
Strong communication and tech skills
