Description Robert Half is searching for an accounting Clerk, you will be responsible for assisting with various accounting tasks, with a focus on utilizing Yardi software for property management accounting. You will work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial records and reports.
Key Responsibilities:
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions in Yardi software.
Prepare and distribute invoices to tenants and vendors.
Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables and payables, at multiple locations and accounts.
Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation.
Collaborate with property managers and other departments to resolve accounting-related inquiries.
Stay updated on Yardi software updates and best practices to optimize accounting processes. Requirements
